At KittyMeowKitty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 99-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You may return your items for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Condition for Returns
You are welcome to remove products from their packaging to try them out, as we offer a 99-day risk-free trial. However, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in unused condition and not show signs of excessive wear. If 99 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return your item(s) to the warehouse from which they were originally shipped. This may involve shipping to a different country. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns.
Wholesale Orders
Orders of 30 or more units are considered wholesale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We recommend double-checking your order before purchase, but if you have any questions, please reach out for assistance. For wholesale customers, we offer sample units upon request.
Getting Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the 10 working days, please reach out to us for assistance.
Please remember, delivery times provided on our website are estimates and do not include processing time. We cannot provide refunds for orders delivered outside the estimated dates.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund orders before they are packaged. Once the order has been processed and packed, cancellations are not possible.
Reporting Damaged Products
